Can I use the product on more than one Mac? What happens if I want to upgrade my Mac?
Yes, you can use this product on as many computers as you like. If you replace your Mac for a newer one, you can simply download the product from your downloads area and install it on your new Mac.
You can also transfer your entire Home Assistant configuration to your new Mac with ease, simply by using the Home Assistant backup and restore feature.
What happens if I need to restore my Mac / re-install macOS?
If you need to restore your system or completely wipe your hard drive and reinstall macOS, no problem! You can simply download the product again with your newly installed macOS system and continue as before!
Your download is always accessible from your downloads area, should you even need to wipe your hard drive or restore your Mac.
With this product, there is need to go through the time-consuming process of building a virtual machine over and over again.
You can also restore your entire Home Assistant configuration following the installation of macOS simply by using the Home Assistant backup and restore feature.
Does Home Assistant come in different languages?
Absolutely! Home Assistant will automatically detect the language from your browser and use it by default. If you wish to deviate from this, you can also set the language manually from your Home Assistant user profile.
